The carnet is obtained in the country of residence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Exhibition Vehicle Option<\/p>\n<p>This scheme allows for the importation of motor vehicles intended to be used primarily for exhibition purposes.<\/p>\n<p>It is also possible to import exhibition vehicles permanently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Vehicles in Transit Scheme<\/p>\n<p>This scheme allows the importation of vehicles for the purpose of having modifications, repair or other work performed on the vehicle.
